A. Some are bound awaiting judgement:

2PE 2:4. For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

B. Apparently most are still loose their time not yet come:

MAT 8:28. And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.

MAT 8:29. And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

C. Devil not yet cast out of Heaven; has access to throne:

JOB 1:6. Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.

REV 12:10. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

REV 12:7. And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

REV 12:8. And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

REV 12:9. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

REV 12:13. And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

REV 12:14. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

D. Devil will be bound 1000 years in God's prison:

REV 20:1. And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

REV 20:2. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

REV 20:3. And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

REV 20:7. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

REV 20:10. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

E. Devil & his demons finally thrown into lake of fire:

MAT 25:41. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
