5. The Bible was written for our benefit: |

PSA 102:18. This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.
JOH 19:35. And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe.
JOH 20:31. But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
ROM 15:4. For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
1COR 10:11. Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
1JOH 5:13. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
